UPDATE 21st April 2021
Anyone entering the practice will need to leave their contact details if they have a smartphone by using the Covid safe check-in to scan the QR code which is displayed in prominent locations in the practice. The Covid safe check-in is found in the mySA GOV app which is available via the Play Store for android devices or the App store for Apple devices. If you do not have a device that can handle the QR codes you will need to write your name and phone number on a form at the front counter for contact tracing purposes.
